THE BEAR MOUNTAIN

04/2014 - 05/2018

From November 2016 - May of 2018, as I attended university, I was the Assistant Manager and Assistant Buyer for The Bear Mountain, an outdoor retail store in College Station, Texas. Responsibilities included all duties associated with managing employees, money, and inventory- including but not limited to: staff scheduling, bank runs, payroll, inventory management, building and editing purchase orders, and all customer relations.

From April 2014 - November 2016, I began work as a Technical Sales Associate/Key Holder. I was responsible for opening and closing duties, ensuring every customer's needs were met by providing the proper items for their needs. If the items were not in store, we would order in the proper item for the customer. If we could not provide the best item to meet the customer's needs, we would ensure that the customer had the adequate knowledge of the best item for their needs, and where else they could find it.
